It likes to eat barnacles, crustaceans and snails.
They live in shallow water, between rocks and stones. Spawning time is from April to August.
Distribution:
Occurs in the coastal waters of the North-East Atlantic from Norway to Morocco and also in the North Sea and the Mediterranean.
